How we handle data on isidore.training.
This page describes how isidore.training collects, uses, and protects information from people who use the platform. The Isidore Group operates the site as part of its broader business. For the firm-level privacy policy that governs all of our engagements, see isidoregroup.com/privacy.
What we collect
- Authentication data passed by Microsoft Entra ID at sign-in — your name, email, tenant identifier, and basic profile attributes. We do not see or store your password.
- Course progress — which lessons you have viewed, quiz attempts and scores, and certificates you have earned.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser, request timestamps. Used for security and operational debugging.
We do not collect payment data on this platform. Billing for any training engagement is handled outside isidore.training, under the broader engagement contract.
How we use it
- Track your progress through enrolled courses and present your status accurately.
- Issue and verify certificates of completion.
- Improve the content based on aggregate completion patterns — never based on individual behavior.
- Respond to support requests when you contact us.
What we do not do
- Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for any purpose.
- Use your course progress for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
- Retain content beyond the active period of your engagement, except where required by law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about your training activity, request corrections, or request deletion. Deletion is subject to the terms of the engagement under which you were granted access. Send requests to sebastian.abbinanti@isidoregroup.com or through your normal Isidore engagement lead.
Updates
We update this page when the platform changes in ways that affect what we collect or how we handle it. The current version is dated May 2026.
